Toffs is good - I buy from them all the time. If the jersey you buy is in stock (and they usually have real time inventory) you'll get it in in about about a week from the UK.

I would like to buy from them, but they seem limited in availability of teams that I'm interested in (FC Bayern Munchen, Deutscher Fussball Bund(Germany))...perhaps someone may know if obtaining the registered trademark for these such organizations is making it an obstacle for toffs to offer more selection???
